Big Tree Wedding Stationery Terms & Conditions

Colour
The colour of our images online will vary slightly from the colour on the product. This is because the colour on our screens shows differently when printed. We can match a colour swatch sent from you to a pantone colour to get a close match to the colour you require if you can't find what you need from our products. Print colour may change very slightly if printed in 2 batches we can not guarantee if you order at a later date that the production will exactly match your previous order.

Quantities
A minimum order of 30 is required for:

• Save the date cards
• Triple fold Wedding Invitations
• Single fold Wedding Invitations
• Order of wedding service
• Thank you cards

A minimum order of 50 is required for:
Place cards

Proofs
Proofs will be sent prior to print production for you to check, as a pdf via email. (We can send in post if required, however paper and print quality will not be a true reflection of your final artwork.) Please check the wording, design and layout and mark any alterations to be made on the proof and return for us to alter. We will then send a further proof for you to approve, sign and return, any further changes made after this will be charged accordingly. Once we receive your signed proof we will go to print production.

Wording
All wording can be changed on artwork. However, it is your responsibility to check the wording and spelling on the stationery while we will make every effort our end to make sure there are no mistakes. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the rights to use any poems, quotes, hymns etc used in your stationery.

Prices
A 50% deposit is required on placing your order, full payment is required before delivery of your stationery. Prices shown include proofs, 1 set of alterations if required, print and envelopes. A delivery cost is applicable and will be approximately £14.99 subject to change depending on size of order (charged by parcel weight up to 30kg).

Cancellation
Cancelling an order will be subject to charges of work already taken out. Returns will not be accepted after delivery. Any changes made after signed proof has been received will be charged for.

Damage
Once delivered any loss or damage to the goods is the responsibility of the customer. As soon as you receive your delivery please check for any damage to the packaging while the courier is there, all deliveries are insured should anything happen whilst in transit.

Mistakes
In the unlikely event of any mistakes made by Big Tree, these need to be reported by email or phone to us within 7 days of delivery.
